Tulpa
A tulpa is a mental entity or "thought-form" created intentionally through intense concentration, meditation, and visualization, described as a sentient, independent companion living within the creator's mind. Originating from Tibetan mysticism, modern practitioners (tulpamancers) distinguish tulpas from imaginary friends by their autonomy, as they develop their own free will, emotions, and consciousness.
