Bob Lazar

Robert Scott Lazar is an American Physicist who gained notoriety in 1989 by claiming he reverse-engineered extraterrestrial technology at a secret facility called "S-4" near Area 51. His allegations about working on alien spacecraft spawned widespread interest in U.S government involvement with UFO research. Although Lazar's account has been widely attacked by his critics- his claims have never been disproved or shown to be false.
